Keep Signing collects some data during the booking process through Bookwhen. This document outlines what details Keep Signing retain.

What personal data do we hold? 

If booking online through Bookwhen: Name, Address, Direct/personal email

Organisation Direct booking (Invoice): Organisation name, Organisation address, Organisation email

Where do we get your personal data from? 

Keep Signing uses Bookwhen as their main booking system. Upon checkout process you will enter the above mentioned details, apart from email, which is passed to Stripe who processes the online payments.

What is the legal purpose of holding onto data? 

The data provided through the booking system is held to provide necessary details and information regarding your course booking so you receive all relevant details.

What do we do with your personal information?

We use your personal information to update you on the course you have booked and provide you the relevant details so you can successfully attend.

What we don't do with your personal information? 

We do not pass on your details to any third party organisation, you provide your details to Bookwhen upon creating your booking.

How long do we keep your personal data? 

We have these records for up to 10 years, in case you want to complete any further courses with us.

How do I change/ erase the personal data you hold? 

If you believe at any point the information we hold about you is incorrect or you wish to erase the data from our system, you can exercise your rights through the Data Protection Act.
